Palm Coast currently has 477 single family homes for sale, 157 homes have sold in the last 30 days.
Flagler Beach Currently has 83 single family homes for sale, 10 have sold in the last 30 days.
This means we currently have a 3-month inventory in Palm Coast and an 8-month inventory of homes in Flagler Beach. As expected home sales dropped a bit in September because of our slow time through August. I expect sales to increase as we get into cooler weather and our snow birds arrive.
If you have a question about your home’s value do not hesitate to call 386-233-4875.
